Lodge and Sustaining.

MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

Prospective members must be single, at least 21 years of age, sponsored by a current member, attend one general meeting, and spend at least two weekends as a guest, at the lodge.

MONTHLY MEETINGS

Fourth Tuesday of the month at Bickfords in Burlington.

TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP

2006-2007 Rates
Full Lodge Membership: $350

The Skidad's also offer full lodge members, who have been active with the club for at least three years, the opportunity to become sustaining members for $65 and only pay the sustaining membership rate for every night they stay at the club. There are no exceptions to the policy: you must be a full lodge member for at least three years before you can become a sustaining member.

LODGE FEES

Guests: $20.00 per night
Sustaining: $10.00 per night
EICSL: $10.00 per night
Campsite: $20.00 per night
Children 17 & Under: 5.00 per night
Children 18 & Older: 20.00 per night

WORK WEEKENDS

All Lodge members and Sustaining Members (with 6 or more nights) must complete a Work Weekend (which consists of an 8-hour day). The club offers at least three designated Work Weekends.

ACTIVITIES

Annual Banquet/Dinner Dance, Annual Senior Citizens Dinner Benefit, EICSL Downhill Race Ski Team, EICSL Apres Ski Socials, Summer Events and Fiddlers Green held every Columbus Day Weekend.

COMMENTS

The Skidaddlers are very active in alpine, nordic, back-country & telemark skiing, snow boarding, snow shoeing, hiking, golf, tennis, volleyball, mountain biking, camping, canoeing, rafting, swimming, sunbathing, dancing and may other enjoyable, year round activities. We are conveniently located in the heart of the scenic White Mountain Region near five alpine and five nordic ski resorts. AMC trails in Crawford & Pinkham Notches and not to mention the many shopping outlets of North Conway.

Our recreational facilities include a private, sandy beach with a bonfire pit on the Saco River, a regulation volleyball court, new horseshoe pits, picnic/BBQ area and a sauna. All located on 19 spacious wooded acres owned by the club. Our lodge can comfortably sleep up to 30 women and 30 men. It has a full kitchen, 2 wood stoves, a secured ski tune-up room, and a lounge. We offer inexpensive year round accommodations with a fun, friendly group of people of all ages and abilities to ski, travel, explore and relax with. Please come visit our Skidad Family!
